ORDER PROCESSING and CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed, it immediately enters processing and cannot be cancelled. If you wish to return your order after it arrives, reach out to support@ninilou.com so we can assist with the return. Refunds are processed once the returned product is received.

Priority plus Insured Shipping
When this option is selected, your order is fully protected if it becomes lost during transit. You may choose either a replacement shipment or a refund.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your email. Keep in mind:

Tracking may not be available for certain standard delivery methods.
It may take 2 to 5 business days for tracking progress to update. If no activity appears after this period, contact our support team for help.

LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
When a shipment is lost in transit, the resolution depends on the shipping method selected:

Priority plus Insured Shipping: Eligible for reshipment or refund.

Ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for addresses entered incorrectly. If an error occurs on our end, we will corrected it and send a replacement without additional cost.

Once a package is marked delivered, we are not able to provide assistance related to its location. If delivery concerns arise afterward, contacting the carrier directly will offer the fastest resolution.

CUSTOMS and IMPORT DUTIES
For international orders, duties or customs fees may apply once the parcel arrives in your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer. By placing an order, you agree that your delivery may arrive in multiple parcels and that customs charges may apply based on local regulations.
