Return Policy

We offer a 14 day return window, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as when received: unused or unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Returns must be shipped within 14 days from the time a return address is provided. Returns sent after this period will not be accepted.

Shipping fees for returns are not covered.

Returns are not accepted for final sale items or orders placed using discounts.

Damages and Issues
Inspect your package as soon as it arrives and contact us right away if something is damaged, defective, or incorrect. We will review the concern and offer a solution.

Exceptions and Non Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:

Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
Custom made products, including personalized items or special orders
Personal care products
Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is delivered within the European Union, you may cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason and without explanation. Items must be returned unused or unworn, tags attached, and in original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and reviewed, we will notify you of approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times vary depending on your financial institution.

If more than 15 business days pass after your refund is approved and you have not received it, contact us at support@ninilou.com.

If an exchange is issued, a refund will no longer be available.
